BEK Communications will be conducting a 2nd maintenance upgrade to our Wishek Exchange to help improve BEK services. This upgrade will occur early Friday morning January 23rd from approximately 1 -5 a.m.
During this timeframe your services will be affected. If your Internet is not working after the maintenance timeframe, please try a reboot of your router and your PC. If you are a BEKTV customer and your TV is not working after the maintenance timeframe, please reboot your set-top boxes. If you are still experiencing problems after a reboot, please call our office at 1-888-475-2361.
