The BEK Communications Cooperative Board of Directors called for a special caucus meeting of District I members which was held on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012 at 7:45 p.m. at Century High School in Bismarck, N.D. Lois Sundquist was nominated from the floor to fill the director vacancy in District I. A motion was made and seconded to cast a unanimous ballot for her nomination.
